I have over 20 years of experience assisting UK-based VCS and Charity organisations to access Public Funding so they
can ‘make good things happen’, alongside leading on a plethora of research projects on behalf of Local Authorities.

My experience spans:

-Working with large Local Authorities securing millions of pounds from Government Departments or the E.U.

-Assisting Training Providers to access contracts for AEB, Apprenticeships, or Skills Bootcamps.

-Helping Charities with their strategy and gaining Grants to escalate their mission objectives.

- Collaborating with Community & and Third Sector Organisations to obtain funding for either standalone projects or forward planning strategy aligning to local or national funding priorities.

- Acting as lead researcher on a number of high profile projects related to 'employment and skills'.

I will generally look to work around a rate of £395 per day where you are seeking a ‘Funding or Strategy Management Function’. Please note that the rates and processes detailed below are approximate as a guide depending on the nature of the work required .

Research, review of past bids, feedback and recommendations (@ 1 Day).
Due Diligence review, PQQ, ‘Storyboard’ project (@ 1 Day).
Draft bid (@ 1500 > 2000 words per day).
Editing and implementation process map (@ 1 Day).
Draft meeting, feedback and final amendments (@ 1 Day).
Post award support available for Contract inception (@ Day rate)

Bid Writing Consultancy

@ £395 per day

As research lead I will oversee projects from inception to final report at my standard £395 day rate, always working closely with the commissioning body to ensure mission objects are achieved.

Where a client simply needs support with desk based tasks, data analysis and research support functions my chargeable rate is £295 per day.
